Join the Vista Grande Foundation

The Vista Grande Foundation helps bring special events, programs, and experiences to our Koala community, and we'd love for you to be part of it.

Whether you have a few hours to spare, a creative idea to share, or simply want to stay connected, there are many ways to get involved. Every contribution matters, and there is no minimum commitment required.

We're always looking for families with skills to share, including decorating, crafting, gardening, graphic design, woodworking, and more!

Volunteering is a great way to support our students, meet other families, and be part of what makes Vista Grande so special.

Foundation

The Vista Grande Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization.

It is made up of parents, staff, local community members, and sponsors. Our goal is to raise the funds to support educational programs such as science, art, music, and technology. In addition to educational programs, the Foundation also provides communication folders and planners, events, and funding for Vista Grande teachers.

Foundation meetings occur every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom or in person.

Meetings are open to all parents and caregivers, not just Foundation members.

There are many ways to stay connected with the Vista Grande Foundation. Join our Facebook group, Vista Grande Friends and Families, read our weekly email newsletters, watch for flyers sent home with students, and attend our monthly meetings and social events. We look forward to connecting with you throughout the year!

We couldn’t do what we do without our wonderful volunteers. Please come and join us at our next board meeting and find out how you can get involved. Meetings also take place during the summer and may be hosted in a location outside of school. Please check the calendar for dates and location.
